In order to ensure that consumers using SMG electrical appliances receive satisfactory after-sales service and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, our company has formulated standards such as the "Three Guarantees" standard in accordance with the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on the Liability for Repair, Replacement, and Return of Certain Goods" jointly issued by the National Economic and Trade Commission, the National Bureau of Technical Supervision, the National Administration for Industry and Commerce, and the Ministry of Finance on August 25, 1995. Our company's small household appliances are guaranteed for one year from the date of direct sales to consumers (based on valid invoices from consumers), and the "three guarantees" period for users of small household appliances purchased by social groups for consumption and production consumption is six months.


1、 Our company's small home appliance products provide repair and warranty services for consumers.


2、 During the validity period of the "Three Guarantees", except for products that cannot be used normally due to the third clause of this standard, free repair services (including labor costs, material costs, etc.) will be implemented. Our company requires authorized repair centers to ensure that the repair parts of small household appliances can be used normally for more than 30 days after warranty.


3、 Under one of the following circumstances, the "three guarantees" policy is not implemented, but paid repairs can be implemented:


1. Consumer damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage;


2. Damage caused by dismantling of small household appliances not undertaken by our company's three guarantee repairers (authorized maintenance centers);


3. Without "three guarantees" vouchers and valid invoices;


4. The model of the "Three Guarantees" certificate does not match or is altered from the model of the repaired product;


5. Damage caused by force majeure.


During the implementation of our company's "three guarantees" standard, our company will be responsible for the ultimate responsibility.


Comment:


1. Consumer: refers to individuals who purchase and use our company's small household appliances for daily consumption, as well as units that engage in daily consumption, or individuals who receive our company's services and units that engage in daily consumption.


2. User: refers to enterprises, institutions, and other organizations and individuals that use small household appliances for social group consumption and daily consumption.


3. Inappropriate use: Refers to small household appliances that do not meet the safety or usage requirements of product standards or do not possess the commonly recognized usage performance that a product should possess.
